Make sure the barrel room is ready to go each day by having the string lights on, tables neat and tidy, floor swept, and decluttered.
Let’s keep making sure the new beer togo cooler is always stocked and labels rotated so they look nice and easy to read.
Reminder: The CO2 in the walk-in needs to be turned off every night. It is the master red switch on the wall behind the where the backup bottles live in the walk-in and there is a cardboard sign pointing at it. If you have questions about it, ask a manager!
Reminder: The back up bank MUST be counted every night and every morning. Be thorough and accurate!
FOCUS POINT: Overall Hospitality! With winter being our slow season, let's make sure we are giving customers all our attention when we interact with them and pausing, checking-in, getting specific feedback, etc. to make them feel comfortable and cared about. Please do not just stand behind the bar when it is slow.
BOH:
Please keep all veggies fresh, when it is slow we should be checking them and making sure we sell the best of the best!
FOCUS POINT: Prep to run out! Keep up with only prepping what you need and prep to run out so that we aren’t wasting product!
Tracking: Sprouts and squash were only 2oz short! Whoo!! Moving on to Smoked chicken!! Use that scale and waste log when needed!!
