FOH: 

  • Make sure the barrel room is ready to go each day by having the string lights on, tables neat and tidy, floor swept, and decluttered.

  • Let’s keep making sure the new beer togo cooler is always stocked and labels rotated so they look nice and easy to read. 

  • Reminder: The CO2 in the walk-in needs to be turned off every night. It is the master red switch on the wall behind the where the backup bottles live in the walk-in and there is a cardboard sign pointing at it. If you have questions about it, ask a manager!

  • Reminder: The back up bank MUST be counted every night and every morning. Be thorough and accurate!

  • FOCUS POINT: Overall Hospitality! With winter being our slow season, let's make sure we are giving customers all our attention when we interact with them and pausing, checking-in, getting specific feedback, etc. to make them feel comfortable and cared about. Please do not just stand behind the bar when it is slow. 

BOH:

  • Please keep all veggies fresh, when it is slow we should be checking them and making sure we sell the best of the best!

  • FOCUS POINT: Prep to run out! Keep up with only prepping what you need and prep to run out so that we aren’t wasting product!

  • Tracking: Sprouts and squash were only 2oz short! Whoo!! Moving on to Smoked chicken!! Use that scale and waste log when needed!!
