FOCUS POINT: Checking Temps! During closing make sure to check the temps of ALL freezers, mini fridges, wine fridge, kitchen coolers, etc. and make sure they are all in the right temp ranges! If anything seems funky please let a manager know.
FOH:
Keep an eye on the lemonade fridge, the temp has been high lately. If you notice it is in the 50s or higher, please make sure the fridge is pulled away from the wall and unplug it for a few minutes and replug in.
Reminder: The CO2 in the walk-in needs to be turned off every night. It is the master red switch on the wall behind the where the backup bottles live in the walk-in and there is a cardboard sign pointing at it. If you have questions about it, ask a manager!
Reminder: The back up bank MUST be counted every night and every morning. Be thorough and accurate!
FOCUS POINT: Everything Deep Seek!! Make sure you are aware of all the fun deep seek events and specials starting Friday and talk to customers about it!

FOCUS POINT: Freezer awareness! Make sure we are putting items in the freezer to extend the amount of days we can use it and make sure to check the freezer for items if you are running low.
Tracking: Sprouts and squash still were short, about 9oz. Doing it one more time!!
