We have moved the bottle drop recycle can! It is now located behind the freezer by the FOH restock area. Please place all cans and bottles in that recycle can!!
FOCUS POINT: Shift Change! Please make sure you are signing off on shift change items and thoroughly restocking, cleaning, and checking in.
FOH:
Please do not turn off the outside patio lights until we are closed and there are no customers. It turns off the lights by the front door and just isn’t a good look when we are still open.
Reminder: The CO2 in the walk-in needs to be turned off every night. It is the master red switch on the wall behind the where the backup bottles live in the walk-in and there is a cardboard sign pointing at it. If you have questions about it, ask a manager!
Reminder: The back up bank MUST be counted every night and every morning. Be thorough and accurate!
Please make sure to turn the outside heaters off in between customers.
FOCUS POINT: Beer restocking and rotating! Please make sure to consistently check the togo beer cooler and restock it and properly rotate dates of cans. We want this fridge to look nice and stay stocked!
