We are launching a new perennial beer to our line-up this Friday! DEEP SEEK! It is replacing Block 15 IPA (Alpha) as a year round beer (they are not the same beer) and make sure to see the verbiage from Kelsea on how to talk with customers about the change!
Reminder: The back up bank MUST be counted every night and every morning. Be thorough and accurate!
All the heaters outside are installed and working! Please make sure to turn them off when no one is sitting there and to lock up the power box at night.
FOCUS POINT: Checking-in! Reminder to constantly check in with customers at their tables and offer another round of drinks, ring in dessert, close them out, etc. Go above and beyond and bring a handheld with you!

We are adding radishes as a garnish to the Buffalo Chicken Salad!
FOCUS POINT: Temp Logs! Please make sure the temp log is filled out consistently!! It is very important we know things are staying at the correct temps.
Tracking: Tempeh looked good!! Moving on to Brussel Sprouts and Squash. Use the bowl and measure/weigh each time!
