ALL: 

  • Thanks for killing it this weekend!! You all rocked:)

  • Holiday party details coming soon! Keep your eyes peeled!!

  • The floors just got deep cleaned so please keep them looking nice! Make sure to sweep and mop:)

  • FOCUS POINT: Mindful labor! Be aware of labor and phasing appropriately, if it is slow and there aren’t a bunch of projects to do then phase down as much as you can.

FOH: 

  • The wine bottles every night have to be dated (just write it on the label in sharpie) and sprayed with wine preserver before being put into the fridge.

  • Still keep up going above and beyond, check in with customers and offer to help in any way.

  • With the new heaters above the patio tables, make sure to turn them off when no one is sitting under them to keep our carbon footprint down and not to waste energy! The panel is in the kitchen.

  • FOCUS POINT: Lists! With new wine procedures and heaters, etc. make sure you are reading all the lists and knowing when things change or are added! Keep up with monthly and daily cleaning lists as well!

BOH:

  • No more pickled jalapenos, use fresh for queso!

  • A few new menu items this Friday so make sure you are up to date with procedures and presentation!

  • FOCUS POINT: Garnish awareness! Make sure soups, salads, etc. are getting their garnishes and that they are fresh! Ex: don’t use green onions from 3-4 days ago, cut new ones.

  • Tracking: Tempeh again!!
