ALL:

  • FOCUS POINT: You all are killing it! Thank you all for being flexible, having a positive attitude, and killing it at work the past couple weeks with call outs and busy days. You all rock and we appreciate each of you!!

FOH: 

  • Please continue to make sure every table gets wiped off before you leave when closing.

  • Please only use the peppermint oil for the bathrooms. Do not put it in the mop water for the dining floor, the smell is too strong and we go through it a lot faster.

  • Keep table 35 by the fence and don't push it together with 36 anymore. For larger parties turn 35 and put it with 34 or put groups at 32/33 or 33/34. 

  • FOCUS POINT: Hospitality! Try to go above and beyond as much as you can and show off your badass hospitality skills. We want customers to feel taken care of and to have a great experience! Check in with guests, grab waters or another round for tables, etc. 

BOH:

  • FOCUS POINT: Closing/cleaning List feedback! Please write any feedback or changes you would like to see done to the closing or cleaning lists on the paper that is on the bulletin board in the kitchen. Tyler is looking to spruce the lists up! 

  • Tracking: Chips looked pretty good so moving on to burgers! Please weigh out burgers and waste log as much as possible!
