ALL: 

  • Stay well and healthy! Review procedures on calling out if needed!

  • FOCUS POINT: With the sun setting later and the weather getting nicer, expect to have a later dinner rush and to keep cooking and serving drinks past close.

FOH: 

  • When wiping the tops of tables make sure to hit all the chairs as well and look for any food scraps or napkins etc. around the table before sitting it again.

  • With the new hokey vacuum in the mop closet make sure we are hitting the rugs throughout the day with it when needed.

  • When seating a large party and only 1 or 2 people in their party are here make sure to give all the ordering and food info again when most people have arrived so it isn’t on the 2 people to relay it all.

  • When a beer is 86ed, make sure it gets stamped out of the menus and the beer board gets erased to ease confusion with customers about what we have on tap.

  • FOCUS POINT: Hospitality again! Keep up checking in with guests and going above and beyond. When the ordering line is more than 3 people deep, try jumping in line with a handheld to get some drink orders going, tasters, or answer any questions they may have to speed up the process.

BOH:

  • FOCUS POINT: Closing/cleaning List feedback again! Please write any feedback or changes you would like to see done to the closing or cleaning lists on the paper that is on the bulletin board in the kitchen. Give feedback on the new things that were added too!

  • Tracking: burgers were perfect!!! Whoo!! This week tracking Clam dip!
