ALL: 

  • Slower week but still crushed it!

  • FOCUS POINT: Break awareness! FOH please check in with the kitchen BEFORE firing food to make sure it is a good time and when you are going off the floor make sure to tell every person on the floor you are going on break so everyone stays in the loop. BOH make sure to give a don't make ticket to FOH for break food!

FOH: 

  • Now with the water station on the barrel please make sure the wood top is staying dry and the mats and water tank are getting washed every night. 

  • Also with the bus area and water station by the food window lets make sure that area is staying tidy and clean. The counter should be wiped throughout the day and at close.

  • Please check chairs for crumbs and wipe them when bussing/resetting tables!

  • FOCUS POINT: Bar awareness again! With more bar seats still make sure we are communicating with each other about the status of bar customers and if you already got them what they need. Remember to not put dirty dishes on the bar counter anymore as well!

BOH:

  • FOCUS POINT: Plating awareness! Make sure we are double checking portions and garnishes and correct items before selling tickets!

  • Tracking: Chopped pork looked awesome so moving on to potato chips!
