FOCUS POINT: Waste log awareness! Please make sure we are waste logging as necessary and if you are busy please ask literally anyone to jot it down for you who is around! It can be easy to forget when it is busy so please be mindful about it!
FOH:
Please keep checking the bathrooms multiple times per shift and keep them clean and stocked!
Please make sure all the syrup bottles in the mini fridge are being wiped down at night just like the liquor bottles. They get gross and sticky really easily!

FOCUS POINT: Table resetting! When resetting tables please make sure all chairs are pushed in, floor underneath is clear of debris, and everything looks nice and appealing!

FOCUS POINT: Temp logs again! Please keep making sure temp logs are being filled out and accurate!
Tracking: Guacamole again! When making batches make sure it is being weighed out even when it is busy, it was off by about 9lbs this week which is about a full batch
