FOCUS POINT: Food feedback! With new menu changes and rotating specials let's make sure we are getting food feedback from customers and writing it in the kitchen. When checking in with guests and they mention anything about how it tastes, that is feedback.
FOH:
The bathrooms should be wiped down and freshened up multiple times a day, put some more peppermint oil if it smells, wipe the doors/sink area, sweep the floors. It will help keep them nice and clean and hopefully keep the smell down. If you find yourself with nothing to do, you can always freshen up and clean the bathrooms.
New rotating food specials start this week. Please be familiar with them.
FOCUS POINT: When seating guests please get in the habit of mentioning food specials and the soup of the day so people are even more aware of what we have going on!

Tracking: you guessed it… Guacamole again! Much better with recording batches and waste logging but there still was a loss of about 18% so keep it up!
