ALL: 

  • Everybody love everybody! With it getting busier let’s make sure we are working all as a team and having fun and communicating with each other!

  • When taking compost/recycling/trash out to the big bins please double check that you are putting them in the correct ones! Compost bins are at the end of the lineup.

  • We are getting rid of bread bowls since the weather is getting warmer, they will return in late fall again!

FOH: 

  • When getting phased, make sure to do a restock check of bathrooms, napkins, silverware, etc. just to set everyone else up when you leave. 

  • When doing the drop and tips during close make sure to always round up or down to the nearest dollar and don’t put any coins in the drop/tips. If it's over 50 cents round up and 49 or below round down.

  • With bar seats back let's make sure we continue to give those customers great service and pay attention to them. It can be easy to forget about them when busy but they are just as important!

  • FOCUS POINT: When seating customers let's start making sure we tell them the soup of the day and any other specials going on, just work it into the info you already give them.

BOH:

  • FOCUS POINT: Temp logs! Please make sure the temp logs are getting filled out everyday and right times on the white board to remind you to do them!

  • Tracking: Guacamole again! When making batches make sure it is being weighed out!
