ALL: 

  • Be knowledgeable about all things Block 15 that are launching and happening! Bourbon month, taco Tuesdays, neighborhood night on Wednesdays, etc!

  • During your 15 min pre-shift check-ins we should also be tasting soups and checking queso/bier cheese to make sure they overall are up to standards.

FOH: 

  • Thanks for killing it with customer service last week when it was slow, let’s keep it up and try to go even farther with it this week!

  • Please fill out the OLCC log every night, it is a legal document that needs to be up to date. If there is ever an OLCC related issue it goes in that log not on the safety or maintenance log.

  • Lets still make sure we 86 items from every area in toast that they could be in and when putting them back in stock to also do that for every area they are in. 

  • Bourbon month starts next Tuesday, please be aware of all specials, events, and things happening

  • Conversations between employees should stop immediately when a customer walks up or comes in, you can finish it later but serving them comes first.

  • FOCUS POINT: Keep up the bomb customer service and try to add in current events and specials into converstations with customers to get the word out about things going on!

BOH:

  • FOCUS POINT: Let’s make sure all hot hold items like soup, beans, queso are on point with taste, quality, specs, and consistency. Get a second or third opinion from BOH and FOH if unsure. 

  • Tracking: Bahn Mi Pork was still a bit under this week. Tracking one more week, let’s still make sure we are using the correct scoop and weighing it out!
