ALL:

  • Stay healthy! Be diligent and cautious about your health. Wear your masks and wash your hands!

FOH:

  • There will be a crate in the walk-in by the packaged beer for cans that are damaged or need to be wasted. DO NOT ring them in, just place them into the crate so Madie can take care of them at the end of each week.

  • Make sure we ring in the correct cans especially if switching them out for out of stock ones etc. to keep inventory on point.

  • When closing please only turn off the music by pausing it on the Ipad. Do not mess with the dials or buttons upstairs. 

  • Please wipe down all the liquor bottles in the crate by the mini fridge every night so they aren’t sticky and gross.

  1. FOCUS POINT: Food feedback again!! Let’s keep writing down some food feedback on the form in the kitchen this week!

BOH:

  • FOCUS POINT: Keep up with cleaning behind the grill and fryers, especially when slow.

  • DO NOT cut anything on the wooden prep table. Please always use a cutting board as it will ruin the counter faster. 

  • New boxes/bags of mayo need to be put into 8 quart containers and put in the walk-in

  • Beets should be sliced 1 notch above the 1/8th in mark on the mandoline and always cut on a cutting board so it doesn’t stain the wooden table top.

  • Tracking: Smoked chicken looked almost perfect… tracking again to be sure it was accurate.
