  • List awareness! Please make sure all Temp, shift change, closing, cleaning, etc. lists are being completed and filled out!

FOH:

  • When taking down a beer board because it’s no longer on draft please put a blank one in its spot so the board stays full. 

  • Continue to show off your customer service skills, the increase and improvement has been awesome!

  • Beet Reuben replacing the Pimento BLT on Wednesday, this is a taproom only item!

  • FOCUS POINT: Food feedback!! Let’s try to all write some food feedback on the form in the kitchen this week whether it is from your own experience or a customer and can be both positive or negative!

BOH:

  • FOCUS POINT: Lists are looking much better but continue to fill them all out especially the temp log!

  • Be up to date on the specs for the new beet reuben that will be on the menu Wednesday

  • Tracking: nothing last week, this week smoked chicken.
