The discount code for our Sunday growler and package beer sale is changing. Instead of Sundaygrowler you will only have to type the letter S.
Please continue to pour drinks for customers before they walk back to their table, especially on weekdays with just 2 people on the floor. With that, please feel comfortable having customers wait a moment in line while you pour online tickets from the QR codes so they are still getting drinks in a timely manner.
Try to keep packaged beer and merch stocked consistently so it's easy for customers to see what we have available. If you take any merch from the mezzanine to restock please make sure to let Alicia or Madie know what size or item.
A Hot cider button has been added to N/A Beverages as an option so please use that if someone just wants hot cider with no alcohol.
FOCUS POINT: With the increase in table touches let's make sure we are still pre-bussing as much as possible! It makes flipping tables easier and is an easy way to be able to check in.
BOH:
FOCUS POINT: List awareness! Keep up temp logs and all other lists. Write the times to check temps on the prep board so it's easy to remember to do it.
