ALL:

  • Waste log awareness! Please waste log items (FOH and BOH) as they happen so you don’t forget. Feel comfortable asking someone to write it for you if you are too busy.

  • We are only open until 4pm on 12/24 and closed 12/25 for the Holiday

FOH:

  • Keep up the awesome customer service! We are all bomb servers and just because we use the QR codes, we should still be hitting every table and checking in on them consistently. Please keep showing off your skills and knowledge! 

  • Increase communication between each other if tables have been checked in with so we are not overwhelming the tables.

  • Kegs fill days are different for the Holiday. Drop off by 5pm Tues. 12/22, Pickup Wed. 12/23

  • Please read the crowler/growler fill write up about what we can/cannot fill so we are all on the same page

BOH:

  • Please make sure opening dishes are mostly done before opening, do a couple loads while you’re finishing up. 

  • Tracking: fries one more time! Let's make sure we are waste logging when needed

  • Dating awareness: Make sure we are dating items appropriately. Especially items with short shelf life that are being put in the freezer. Ask someone if you are not sure if you are doing it correctly and read the write-up
