EVERYONE must read the PUB read and sign even if the taproom is your main work location. If you do not physically sign the read and sign at the pub before Tuesday morning email Elise at elise@block15.com each week.

For the slushies please pay attention to which syrup you are using!
Never use SMIX.
For Charlie’s Delight use strawberry syrup.
For the Frose use Frose mix.
Pay attention to the different amounts for each since they are different ratios! If you have any questions please ask.
When you change Kegs update the beer board next to the walk-in door so we have an updated quick reference.
