FOH:

  • When closing out CUSTOMER tabs in the evening that have been left open:

    • Use the saved CC, close out without gratuity, log on the sheet in the binder OR if there isn’t a saved CC:

    • Manager Item Off, select any reasoning and type “Walk Out” when prompted, log on the sheet in the binder

  • When closing out employee tabs, print the ticket and then VOID the items. The difference is those customer tabs won’t be re-rung in, to account for the food loss, where employee tabs will be accounted for when they pay their wall-of-shame tabs. Thanks y’all!

  • The walk-in has been rearranged so now all beer on the floor is ours! The pallets go left to right instead of front to back (any beer on the new tall rack is not for us to grab).

  • There is now a sheet that lives in the binder for when a customer returns a keg so we keep better track of that for refunding their deposits! Please fill it out whe a keg is brought in, thanks!

BOH:

  • Tracking add-on sous vide chicken y’all

  • Make sure we’re shaking up that bleu cheese so no one gets the watery top of it
