Bathrooms!! When phased/during slow times please make sure we are checking the bathrooms. Stock if needed and sanitize commonly touched surfaces!
The added benches and barrel furniture are for walk-ups, preferably folks who are just drinking! These guests will order at the bar, treat them like someone coming in for packaged beer - in that we all are responsible for serving these customers :)
If we are on the last of something feel free to write it down on the whiteboard in the kitchen! Whether that’s almost the last paper towel, hot cider packet or bottle of specific alcohol it will keep us on top of things. Just initial and date next to what you write!
