Please make sure we are putting cocktails back in the fridge after pouring! No one wants room temperature cocktails.
Make sure we are changing out Sani water at shift change, it’s been looking pretty gross by the dinner hour and it should be getting changed frequently.
There is now an iPad at the bar with cameras at a few points on the property. Feel free to check these before you take out the garbage at night, or to see if kids are playing in the breezeway etc.
We are able to seat a large group at two tables next to each other if THEY suggest it. Enforcing them not going back and forth between tables. Per Heuchert. If they are bouncing back and forth between tables or standing around the table give them two warning then give them the boot.
