When setting the til/counting the back-up remember $100 in 5’s can be bundled and $25 in 1’s can be bundled!
The evening drop and tips should go in their own ziplock bag and be labeled “Drop $__” “Cash Tips $__”
Any time an employee is putting in break food during a shift (even if it’s a don’t make at the end of a shift) please make a tab with their NAME before closing it out! Thanks!
