  • We are phasing out the Winter Lentil salad and Artisan Plate.

FOH:

  • For take-out orders, tapping them off the expo screen lets the customer know their order is ready! Let’s do this when their order is bagged up!

  • Please bring more than one spoon on spinach dips, as the pita is not as sturdy as a chip and the spoon is easier to get the dip on the pita.

  • When hosting please check with your servers before seating 21/22/Barrels. Use your best judgement when seating the Barrel Room, if everything is full in the main seating/outside maybe hold off on BR so that inside server can help out with the barrel tables.

  • If we know we are having a decent amount of reservations at a certain time, feel free to put walk-ups on a wait even if we have open tables so we can pace our servers and the kitchen!

BOH:

  • Check this week’s focus point and make sure you’re making our bacon dope AF!
