For take-out orders, tapping them off the expo screen lets the customer know their order is ready! Let’s do this when their order is bagged up!
Please bring more than one spoon on spinach dips, as the pita is not as sturdy as a chip and the spoon is easier to get the dip on the pita.
When hosting please check with your servers before seating 21/22/Barrels. Use your best judgement when seating the Barrel Room, if everything is full in the main seating/outside maybe hold off on BR so that inside server can help out with the barrel tables.
If we know we are having a decent amount of reservations at a certain time, feel free to put walk-ups on a wait even if we have open tables so we can pace our servers and the kitchen!
