ALL:

  • Communicate about breaks! If FOH is going to fire food ASK the kitchen first, let’s get break food out in a timely manner and also communicate if we are running a BOH break so FOH can hold off on firing food.

  • We are still in the midst of a pandemic, even with people getting vaccinated let’s be sure to stay on top of sanitizing for both FOH and BOH, don’t forget commonly touched surfaces.

FOH:

  • Try and write down one piece of food feedback this week! Engage the customers about the meal :)

  • Nice job assigning roles during the busy times and being attentive to all the tables! Things seem smoother since we are being mindful of server’s sections and pacing walk-in tables. Keep it up!

BOH:

  • Tracking greens again!

  • Keep an eye on the GTF greens, sift through them to make sure there’s no little bugs/slugs chilling since they are super fresh!
