ALL:

  • There is a new informational whiteboard in the kitchen (similar to the one at the pub). Please get used to checking this when coming on for your shift!

  • Let’s avoid walking between the bar and the table 16 high top! The barrel is there to discourage customers as well. Especially when this table is sat to ensure social distancing.

  • As our focus point this week I just wanted to re-emphasize being mindful of conversations inside the lobby now that we have customers indoors. Make sure we aren’t yelling across the taproom to each other, and keep conversations behind the bar and in the kitchen appropriate. Let’s hold each other accountable!

FOH:

  • When hosting let the indoor server know if you seat the barrel room! When serving inside check the barrel room periodically so no one is forgotten.

  • Please feel empowered to keep tables open based on how busy we are. If outside is beautiful and our outliers are being sat, feel free to not seat the barrel room. That way the indoor server can serve 11/12/13/16a&b and then help the patio server or serve the barrel tables! This also helps not overwhelm the kitchen.

BOH:

  • Try to run with two on the line when it’s not super busy to maintain social distancing. Three is fine when we are busy - good job doing it so far just a reminder.

  • Keep it up!
