Watch out for the South Town School zone! The kiddos are back in the building so they’re enforcing the speed trap again.
FOH:
If someone calls to make a reservation over the phone please accommodate them! If it is for an upcoming day and we are busy, inform them they can also use our online system. But don’t push them to make it online if they take the time to call!
If you notice the orange “text reply” to the left of the checkmark, open that reservation to see what they said - we can now respond via text on the iPad and they may be specifying patio vs tent or another preference or even canceling.
When putting in a To Go order, use the “schedule” button so it will limit online orders based on the number of To Go orders (selecting take-out will not automatically queue it with the online system). That way the kitchen won’t get overwhelmed!
If it’s an in-house order (ex. Someone ate and wanted to get to go food to take home to their kids, ring this in as an in-house order with special instruction: To Go so they don’t get put into the longer take-out queue)
Remember to bring in the fire extinguisher at night so it doesn’t get stolen!
