FOH:

  • Black is Beautiful Pins! All proceeds go toward the NAACP, read the write-up about the BiB beer for more info. *Suggested donation of $5* but they are a variable price in square so customers can donate however much or little they want.

  • Keep the clutter of flats in the walk-in down! Stock 10 B15 branded flats & recycle the rest. Don’t save any non-B15 branded flats unless we have no b15 branded flats left.

  • We have some new verbiage on the website for reservations to hopefully make everything easier! Please review the following as this is what the customer sees and what is expected of you:

    • We encourage you to utilize our online reservation system. When you arrive, please check-in with our hosting staff at the front entrance.

    • We accept same-day table requests 7 days in advance & up to 30 minutes prior to the requested reservation time. Our staff will review your request daily beginning at 10:30am, so you can expect to hear back from us then. If you make a same-day request after 10:30, we will reply via text message within 15 minutes of your request and either confirm your requested time, or let you know the next closest available time.  Please note that our current hours for seating new guests is from 11:30am to 9:00pm.

    • Further, I want to have emphasized the 15 minute expectation for a response.  It is imperative that we give guests a reply to their reservation request in a timely manner.  We have now made it mandatory for a guest to ask for inside, outside, or no-preference, so hopefully that will help to give some more information for planning out the flow of the day.

    • A staff member should feel good about accepting 2 reservations per 15 minute time period.  If you can not accommodate the requested time, instead of denying the reservation, please schedule it for your next available time slot even if it is an hour later.  The message the guest receives now asks them to reply “1” to confirm their reservation, and this is important if you change the time initially requested.
