FOH:
Focus on cleaning the big windows as fly season brings the fly poops. Let’s try to get all those little black dots off the windows! Works best to let the windex sit on the window for a little before wiping.
Please make sure we are closing tabs at the end of the night. Any cards that are left with us need to be run for the amount (no tip added), labeled with a piece of tape: the date, amount, and initials of who closed it out.
Let’s try to be better about closing out employee tabs as well! Ideally you are paying the same day you consume.
Kids beverages are now an option within each drink. Ex. when you select strawberry lemonade it gives you a 16oz, 10oz, and kids option.
BOH:
Put up additional fly strips when closing - these can be visible - and then remove the visible ones in the morning to help combat these flies!
