EVERYONE:

  • We are no longer making Charlie’s Slushie on Tues/Wed/Thurs. Frose Rose will be made everyday still. BOH this is info for syrup making needs :)

FOH:

  • If we have extra glassware fill a new rack and leave it on the dishwasher instead of stacking glassware on top of full racks. With that said, a reminder that the top of the dishwasher should always be a clean and sanitized space!

  • Due to larger groups being an issue we have updated our policy regarding the current guidelines. Please see the separate write-up on this!

  • For hotel pan placement under the slushie machine, turn the slushie machine toward the front door on the bar and place the hotel pan under the drip tray to ensure we get any overflow (putting it behind the machine defeats the purpose). Please ask for clarification if needed! 

  • “Don’t be a Hero” If customers show any kind of resistance or aggression whether that’s to wear a mask, drinking past their limit when you cut them off, or not complying with the groups of 10 or less rule, know that you can call non-emergency or get a Manager involved. If you are unsure how to proceed you can always call a Manager if there isn’t one on site.
