Make sure we are keeping our packaged beer tracking accurate! If you accidentally ring in a 4 pack of Gloria instead of Sticky Hands, make sure you refund the Gloria 4 pack and charge for the Sticky Hands so tracking through Square stays accurate.
The new taster glasses were consciously chosen to enhance the flavor of the beer. For a splash of a taste at the bar, use the old taster glasses. Any 5 oz. pour should be in the new belgian style taster glasses and we are no longer using the paddles (but new carrying vessels are in the works for taster trays!). Please follow guests to their tables if they have more than two 5oz pours to carry.
With the weather changing let’s back out fewer ice teas. Make sure the date on the tape is the BREW date and that we throw it out 10 days past that date.
The mats behind the bar need to be reset each night so they will fully dry and are not a slipping hazard stacked by the empty kegs.
There is a bin specifically for flattened/broken down cardboard next to the dumpster. Please use this appropriately for flattened cardboard instead of the commingled recycling bins that are next to the compost bins.
In the mop closet there is a bucket with a mop bag in it for dirty mop heads. If this bag becomes full please take it to the towel closet and put a new mop bag in the bucket. The Aaramark guys will collect them from both places. Please wring mop heads out thoroughly before changing them.

The smoke seemed to help with the flies but let’s be proactive as they are increasing again. Fly strips in visible areas put up by the closer and taken down by the opener should still be happening.
