FOH:
When we put out the sandwich boards, make it more of a “road block” so people are prompted to STOP and wait for the Host.
Review mobile iPad procedures, they have been adjusted! Now if a customer has not used our online system before, ASK if they are comfortable trying it, if not then say someone will be right with you - and we will bring the mobile iPad to them! Our goal is to not have outside tables come inside (unless they need to use the restroom).
Please rinse strawberry lemonade glassware before putting in the dishwasher to avoid little strawberry seeds stuck on clean glasses!
Sauces: if a table needs ketchup/mustard etc we can get it from the backside of the line (to your left when you enter the kitchen) - without asking our kitchen friends.
We are able to process our old gift cards again, but we cannot accept a tip on the old gift cards. There is a new procedure taped by the gift card reader, please review it and let a Manager know if you have any questions.

Please highlight the table number on tickets as they come in. We are trying to be better about catching To Go orders. If there is no table number on it, tell FOH.
