FOH:

  • Make sure we are doing daily cleaning projects and shift change and signing off on them! Write-ups to follow if we don’t get it together this week.

  • We can only allow groups of 10, if they are more than 10 we cannot seat them at two tables anymore. We will get in trouble with the health department so DO NOT ALLOW GROUPS MORE THAN 10!! They MUST be at the same table, if they don’t want to squeeze onto a picnic table they have to go.

  • If someone comes in with a Keg Return you have two options:

    • Ask a Manager to write a check - Keg deposits are $85. This could be Manny, Williams, a FOH manager.

    • If a Manager is not available please immediately CALL OR TEXT Paige with the name of who she needs to refund and they will get it refunded to her card.

    • If they call, the easiest way for them to return a keg is through the Saturday sale but we can return a Keg anytime while we are open!

  • Make sure we are not pulling cans/bottles from the RIGHT side palette when you enter the walk-in. Our palettes are on the left side in the center of the walk-in. If you have any questions ask a Manager.

  • We can now sell physical gift cards like we used to - ask a Manager if you need a refresher on how to do this!

  • If we adjust the Barrel Room thermostat we MUST change it back for the barrels! Ideally we won’t touch it but if it does get adjusted we need to adjust it back.

BOH:

  • Please highlight the table number on tickets as they come in. We are trying to be better about catching To Go orders. If there is no table number on it, tell FOH.
