The Earth burger is back! Remember it is vegetarian with the sauce and bun but vegan if you hold the sauce and sub ale bread.
FOH:
Do not accept reservations more than 7 days in advance (Ex. July 4th is too far away to accept)
We have new verbiage on table tents! Make sure we are pointing out both sides.
Please watch the propane video and email Ian to let him know you’ve completed it.
Daily cleaning projects, make sure they are being done and signed off on! Also make sure we are signing off on shift change.
Closers: Make sure we are closing the propane tanks down all the way at the end of the night! Shutting them makes them last longer.

If a ticket comes in without a table number, communicate with FOH to find the people/make sure it’s not a to go order.
