EVENTS/WELCOME BOARD:

    • Dine-out for Grace Center on Tues. 6/16! Be prepared for a larger number of To-Go orders.

ALL:

  • Please make sure we are checking the bathrooms frequently now that they are unisex and only one side has a urinal (no one wants to sit on a seat with pee!). This is getting added to FOH sanitization list but if kitchen peeps use the restroom give it a quick look over/let a FOH person know if it needs attention!

FOH:

  • We are reworking our verbiage when hosting! We have been going a little too hard core about pushing the website usage and want customers to feel ok about coming to the bar if they are struggling with the website/don’t have a smart phone/seem frustrated.

  • Customers can have open tabs now, sanitize their card with the rag when you take it. ***Put their table number after their name for the tab***

  • What to do when someone has an *old* gift card (purchased before our closure)

    • Have them go to Block15.com/giftcard to have it transferred over. They will have to wait approx. 24hours for processing so they will not be able to use it the same visit.

  • We are adding a locked propane cage near the back building for swapping propane tanks for the heaters. To access this please watch the training video and ask a Manager for a key.

  • Keg returns can be refunded through a check (if an authorized signer is present - check brewery and distro if needed). If you cannot locate paperwork or an authorized signer is not around then have them email Paige: paige@block15.com

  • On that note, Corni fills and Keg sales will still be through our Saturday sale only so send them to Block15.com “Drive thru beer releases” is what they want, on the main page!

  • Feel empowered to ask the kitchen for help running food if things are poppin’!

  • If you are putting in a number for a previously 86’d item, please input a number higher than 1000 (unless we only have a specific number of the item). Check any items that were 86’d the night before to ensure they get back in the system for customers to order.

  • Paige is in charge of beer! Should this beer be going on tap? Are we really out of this? Check the whiteboard first, if you’re still not sure then contact Paige.

BOH:

  • Be prepared for FOH to ask for help running food if needed.

  • For now we will stick with running specials only on weekends but we will be adding weekly specials as well, stay tuned!
