ALL:

  • Please read COVID-19 information at the start of your shift posted in the kitchen and breakroom.

  • Be aware of your own and others sanitation. We oftentimes touch our faces without noticing. It is okay to politely remind one another in the moment that someone needs to wash their hands before completing another task.

  • It is a requirement to change the sanitizer at a minimum of every two hours and test it with the strips every time it is changed. Also please remember that the temperature should be tepid - not hot!!

  • Remember to wear a dish apron when doing dishes to prevent splash water from absorbing into your clothes.

FOH:

  • FYI we are going to be holding off on putting coasters on tables and giving them out to customers while this coronavirus thing is a thing, since they can’t technically get sanitized without getting tossed. Just one less thing that gets touched and re-touched! 

  • It’s kid awareness week! Please review the “How to Chat with Parents Who Don’t Parent” write-up. This is also this week’s focus point!

  • If a customer orders a nacho with real shredded cheddar, please let them know that it takes a bit longer (since it has to go into the oven). 

  • Wipe down the outside of growlers before you fill them so they get sanitized.
