ALL:
Please be respectful when using the bathrooms after the Opener has cleaned them. If you splatter water on mirrors, dirty the newly-cleaned toilet bowls, etc., please take it upon yourself to re-tidy up. We spend a lot of time cleaning the bathrooms, so keep that in mind!
Break Room awareness week!!!!! Let's try to keep it tidy and clean and organized...this will be added to the weekly cleaning lists for FOH on Wednesdays to actually clean. BOH, please also stay up on it as well though! Also, if something breaks - say something. Don’t just let a sad broken table wallow for months - let a manager know what happened so we can fix it (or at least try) or discard it.
FOH:
If someone wants to leave their paid-for packaged beer in the cooler, please leave more detailed information on the tag - note the persons name as well as the fact they paid (i.e. Paige *PAID*). Only set aside beer that has been actually paid for or is already rung in on an open tab - that way it ensures that it doesn’t just walk away without being paid for. Long story short - don’t bog up the lower shelf of the cooler with a bunch of beer!

Good job on portioning brisket and the potato & mushroom dish! They all looked awesome. Keep up the good work:)
Make sure to check the water in the soup warmer often so it doesn’t dry out - Closers, this will now be on your list when you first get on shift, so please check!
