The light by the stairway up to the breakroom is fixed, so Closers please keep that on and turn off all other lights at the end of the night (like we used to do)!
FOH:
The Lost and Found lives downstairs near the wine in a square crate. Please be diligent with filling out the log when things do get turned in. We will be donating the contents of the crate around the first of every month. If you notice it getting full or overflowing, please either let a manager know so we can empty it sooner, or take it upstairs. The ultimate goal is to keep that under-bar area clean & tidy so B1-B5 isn’t looking at a mess.
Stock crowlers upside down, not rightside up! We don’t want debris getting in the crowlers - that’s nasty!
There have been some adjustments to the daily cleaning lists, FYI, so pay attention day to day as to what tasks are to be done - don’t just do tasks on memory!
BOH:
Weigh out smoked mozzarella on items that are freehand so you can get the feel of what you should be portioning out. This just needs to be done once per item (not every time) so you can get a feel for it.
