All soups should have a garnish - FOH, make sure that you look for a garnish. BOH, check in if you don’t know what the garnish is!
FOH:
Feel empowered to say something and manage accordingly when working, especially when a manager isn’t around. If folks are being rowdy, kids are being rowdy, or anything is going on that requires staff stepping in, please do so! Even though we do have managers on staff most of the time, there are times when it’s going to be just you, so in those instances you are the Person in Charge!!
