EVENTS/WELCOME BOARD:

  • First wave of Fall menu items get released this Friday!

  • Welcome Board:

    • New hours started Monday, Sept. 30th

    • Brewery tours every Friday at 5pm!

ALL:

  • Don’t exceed one loaf of bread for brewers boards, even if they get EVERYTHING on it. However, FOH please let customers know they can have more bread free of charge if they want it. We just don’t want to waste bread!

  • We’ll be starting to make our own soups at the Tap Room! Woohoo! 

FOH:

  • Make sure to ring up miscellaneous items as an “Open Food” charge!!!! Don’t just give away food for free, even if it’s just a side of sauce, veggies, apples, etc.

  • Stay on top of the outside table arrangement as the weather starts to turn - make sure they are arranged in a way that keeps as many of them as possible out of the rain.

BOH:

  • Openers, make sure to keep an eye out for the shifts you’re supposed to make soup on! Since it’s a newer policy lets stay on it!
