We’re going to keep implementing the packaged beer count starting Thursday most likely. Keep an eye out for the sheet and a note on the opening/closing lists. To make it a bit easier, though, we’ll only ask you to count a select few beers (not every single one). Ask a manager if you have questions!
Whenever we have barrel room events, there will be an Event Action Plan that will live on the wall of the cooler next to our corni fill board. Please refer to that if you have questions/concerns/are the main server. Ask K10 if you have any questions!
If it’s the weekend/after hours and you need to get ahold of distro, this is the order of contact → Mike to Alty to Jacob. So if Mike doesn’t answer, call Alty...if Alty doesn’t, call Jacob.
Make sure you double check that you’re putting the right orders in, especially if the items are close together name-wise (i.e. Burger vs. Earth Burger) or you felt rushed or there were a ton of orders or for any other reason that you may think things could have gotten rung in wrong. It never hurts to read the order back, either!
