EVENTS/WELCOME BOARD:

  • Local Eats Week is this week!

  • Welcome Board:

    • New hours starting Monday, Sept. 30th

    • Brewery tours every Friday at 5pm!

ALL:

  • Please try to keep the break room upstairs clean and tidy! Pick up after yourselves and wipe tables/cubbies down when they get dirty. Just try to keep it decluttered so all the people using it are happy!

  • Paige is going to start posting positive TR feedback pulled from Square comments, under the R&S’s, so check them out.

FOH:

  • Make sure the fire is on at all times when it’s chilly, and do not turn it off until we are officially closed - we want to make sure that we keep that ambiance appealing and inviting to people. If there’s people around the fire still enjoying once you are closed, give them a 10-15 minute buffer before turning it off (so don’t just pull the plug right at 9:01) with an explanation that it takes a long time to cool off so you need to get it turned off. 

  • On the same note - put the lights on when it’s gloomy outside! 

  • Keep an eye on brewer’s beers - make sure you’re ringing them in accurately and only if asked for. 

  • We’re going to implement a daily (opener and closer) inventory count again - our packaged beer numbers haven’t looked great, so please openers and closers count all packaged beer and record the numbers on the printout in the binder. Ask a manager if you have questions!

BOH:

  • We’re going to track smoked chicken again this week. 

  • We’re going to pull the rubber mats underneath the grill and smoker - they get too nasty and are too hard to clean. Manny is going to come up with a more diligent cleaning process for that area so we can keep that concrete as clean as possible and increase its life span.
