The lot across the street is being graded currently, but it is not getting prepped for any building at this point! However, it is most likely being sold. Just an FYI for anyone who has questions!
Reiteration on broken glass procedure - the bucket underneath the dishpit should ONLY be used for broken glass and ceramics. Once that bucket is full, put a lid on it and THROW THE WHOLE THING IN THE TRASH. Do not put that in the glass recycling - ceramic is not recyclable, so someone then has to dig through broken glass to get that out. Unbroken bottles should just go in the actual recycling, not the bucket.

Just a reminder that for barrel room reservations, we require at least 2 weeks to accommodate barrel room reservations - we’re aiming to staff each reservation (for the most part) individually with a server so we need time to coordinate scheduling, in addition to coordinating food. If someone calls inquiring about barrel room reservations, please let them know to 1) email taproom@block15.com for information/reservations and 2) that it has to be 2 weeks out. We will try to post copies of the barrel room SOP’s as well as the Tap Room automated response in the binder at some point so you can reference those!
