Napkin awareness!!!! DO NOT take a big stack! Take 1 per person, or 2 if they are getting something messy like the chopped pork, burger, etc. Lets try not to waste them.
Make sure to clean the men’s urinal thoroughly! Clean the whole frame - even at the top underneath the flusher. That gets really nasty buildup and contributes to the smell.
BOH:
Drain mushrooms after they've been on marinade for 24 hours.
Make sure to measure brisket, and weigh periodically to make sure you’re staying on track!
Put cherry tomatoes in the fridge at the end of the evening.
