FOH:
Beer tracking looks AWESOME!!! Please keep up the good work. We’re not going to continue with the daily count, but please keep diligently ringing stuff in and be aware!
FYI if you answer the phone and the caller asks for someone specifically (especially someone in higher management), please don’t pass the phone off to that person (in person or via transfer) without getting who the caller is and more information. A lot of times it’s pesky vendors, so the best thing to do is say something along the lines of “I’m not sure if they’re available/in office/etc., let me check. Can I ask who is calling and what this is regarding?” By default, it’s always better to direct them to that person’s email. We just don’t want people getting caught off-guard!
BOH:
Put out a pile of 1oz. chips to see what the portion size looks like!!!!! Don’t over portion.
