ALL:

  • We have posted some QR codes for ease of accessing the 100% food feedback form as well as the FOH Beer Review form. They are located upstairs in the breakroom above the break tables on the wall, or downstairs in the white binder. 

  • Please remember to clocking in under your appropriate job (i.e. server, cook, project, etc.). It makes Paige’s life easier when doing weekly hour updates!

  • We have updated the quick reference phone guide! It is printed and lives in the binder. Please refer to that if you get weird questions about accounts, keg sales, sponsorship requests, etc. 

FOH:

  • When delivering brussel sprouts or mushrooms, please explicitly say “Full” or “Half” when delivering - this then makes it clear to the customer what size they ordered and hopefully squashes any confusion. 

  • Please dry the bar mats on the pint racks so they dry flat. If  they dry on the belgian racks then they get all wonky and swoopy. 

  • Please ensure you’re using the verbiage “upgrade” when explaining to people about getting a salad/soup/etc. as a side instead of potato chips so it’s clear that there will be an additional cost.

  • When processing keg returns, let’s all get in the habit of refunding an actual dollar amount (manually put in $85, $135, etc.). When we have to discount a keg for an employee or for any reason, it affects every amount rung in so then the deposit doesn’t reflect the full deposit amount. It’s hard to explain in writing, so please ask K10 or Paige for clarification!
