ALL:

  • Make sure we are putting bioclean down the drains! Handsink, tap box drain, and dishpit! This will be on a weekly list.

  • Let’s try our best to SCRAPE OUT greasy foods into the trash before putting it through the dishpit. We have been having issues with the drain. Example: BIER CHEESE

FOH:

  • As a server, when greeting tables make sure we are letting them know the SOUP and any DAILY SPECIALS! Also, make sure to still introduce yourself and give them your name, but do it in a way that makes it clear they can ask anyone they see for help, not just you, their server.

  • We are now storing Smix in a Stor&Pour NOT the large jug (that way we can fit more stuff in the mini fridge)

  • Speaking of the mini fridge, TO GO Cocktails will now be stored in there as well. With all the shelves being different heights, there is a little “key” for each shelf with tape (as to what should go there) for optimal storage!

  • When switching out kegs please check the dates on the keg collar and tap the oldest keg first to keep our beer freshy fresh!

BOH:

  • Keep an eye on the dishpit drain, if it starts to back up communicate with FOH so the glassware dishwasher and the dishpit dishwasher don’t run at the same time! We are working on a more permanent solution.

  • Tracking Bier Cheese! Pretzels looked great y’all :)
