ALL:

  • Make sure we are putting bioclean down the drains! Handsink, tap box drain, and dishpit! This will be on a weekly list to do. 

FOH:

  • If an employee tab is left open, please print it and then void the tab, and post to the “Wall of Shame” so we can print the report accurately at the end of the night.

  • Don’t forget to also close out “1111” at the end of the night!

  • Please send the appetizer as a separate ticket like we do at the pub!

  • If the remaining balance after you set the til $200 has change, keep that change in the til (ex. You set the til to $200 and you have $450.50 left over to drop for the night, leave the 50 cents in the til!)

BOH:

  • Tracking pretzels again!

  • Make sure we are keeping bier cheese the right consistency, thin it out as needed through the shift.
