ALL:

  • Here is the run-down for all things Sports coming at us: FRI-SUN OSU Baseball Vs. Arizona & there is a GORGEOUS forecast this weekend… Be Ready for some action!!

  • Let’s keep an eye on the Bier Cheese consistency. It should be velvety and pourable, not thick & paste-like. If you see that it’s getting too thick, please thin it out to proper consistency. If unsure how to do this ask a Kitchen Lead/Lead/Float.

  • FOCUS POINT: Huge thank you to EVERY SINGLE ONE of YOU! The Anniversary week was a big one and we were able to put on some super fun & successful events because of our fantastic team. You are all amazing!!

FOH:

  • Once an order is sent, please be sure to pull menus from the table. Leaving one Beer Menu for future reference is ok, but let’s get those menus pulled in order to create a more comfortable space for our guests & this will help reduce waste with having to reprint as many daily.

  • Keeping the bus tub/server station maintained is key to success for keeping the flow of the restaurant going. If you see a stack of dirty dishes in the tub, please help out by running the stack to the dishpit. If you see the silverware tub is full, please run it back to the dishpit and refill a new third pan with pre-soak to bring back to the bus station…

  • Friendly reminder not to leave stacks of napkins on tables. General rule of thumb is one napkin person for apps, and up to two napkins per person per entree. If you see a good number of napkins already on the table please do not drop more on the table.

  • FOCUS POINT: Drink Running Awareness!! Let's make sure that we are running drinks in a timely fashion, and if you are unable to grab your drinks ask for help. Also, when running drinks, make sure that we are taking a moment to ensure that we are grabbing the correct drinks & reading tickets. It’s easy to make small mistakes when we are busy, so slowing down a touch in the window will help prevent waste & it gives you a moment to breathe–win, win!

      BOH:

  • Closers, take down all aprons at the end of the night. Please don’t leave aprons hanging on the To-Go container shelving unit for the openers to take down.

  • FOCUS POINT: Station Organization Awareness!! During slower times take advantage by setting up/resetting your station in order to be better prepared for the lunch & dinner rushes.
