ALL: 

  • We have $1.00 Fluffhead cans available for Employees Only! These beers are the old label, so please check with the bar and don’t grab on your own.     

  • We will begin keeping 4 portions of Coco Bells out at room temperature in order to keep them from getting dry.

  • We will have an Old St. Nick Crowler Sale this upcoming Saturday instead of Sunday since we will be closed. 

  • FOCUS POINT:  Happy Holidays Everyone!! Thank you for all of your hard work throughout this holiday season & throughout the year!!    

       FOH:  

  • When pulling beers whether it is an order To Go or an order for In House please be extra diligent to double/triple check that the beers match what is being purchased. For inventory purposes this is extremely important and also we want to make sure we are giving customers exactly what they are ordering.

  • When making coffee the coffee filter needs to stay upright and not be folded over as this causes coffee grounds to flood into the coffee pot which is not how we want our coffee.        

  • Break Room Cleaning is now officially on the Food Runner shift change list & is a required responsibility. If not SIGNED OFF, a WRITE UP will follow. Hosts are still also responsible for double checking and helping out. There is still a Break Room Check on the Host list to SIGN OFF on, but not as extensive. Please communicate with each other about what tasks need to be completed and SIGN OFF what has been completed. If you are doing the work be sure to get the credit & SIGN OFF each shift you are working so no write ups will follow.

  • FOCUS POINT: Slow Down & Take Your Time Awareness! Let’s be sure we are double checking all tickets when ringing them in. Let’s be sure to double check tickets for correct items when running them out the window. Let’s be sure to be closing out the correct tables when cashing guests out. Also let’s be sure to slow down when grabbing beers from the beer cooler and double check/clarify with guests what To-Go Beers they are purchasing. Deep Breaths Everyone & Slow Down!!     

       BOH:

  • Prep & Kitchen be sure to be diligently checking dates when opening and communicating with FOH to push items if we have things that are close to expiring. If in question, the push/pull dates will be listed on the white schedule board in the kitchen as well. 

  • FOCUS POINT: Side Portioning Awareness!! Be sure to be weighing portions, and focusing on all side portions–fries, fries w/seasoning, & salad portions.
