  • Toy Drive helpers needed!! December 20th will be the last day that we are accepting donations for the Cameron Merrill Toy Drive, and we are looking for people to help organize donations on December 21st and deliver the toys to Doernbecher in Portland on December 22nd. Please read & respond to Kelsea’s message on Hotschedules if interested in volunteering.     

  • New food specials will be landing on the menu Wednesday 12.14.22–Eggplant Parmesan Sandwich & Beef Stroganoff Pot Pie. Please be diligent while reading the Brewsletter & check for a message from Sarah regarding more details.

  • FOCUS POINT: Soup Warmer Awareness!! Reminder to check the water in the base, reminder to stir the soup before scooping into cups & bowls, & friendly reminder to check the soup for consistency and add water if needed. Also, let’s be sure to scrape the “skin” off the top of the soup prior to serving AND don’t forget to taste the soup for flavor/seasoning consistency!

  • Framboise Claret is now available for the Sunday 20% discount!        

  • Break Room Cleaning will now be on the Food Runner list, but Hosts are still also responsible for double checking and helping out. There will still be a Break Room Check on the Host list to SIGN OFF on, but not as extensive. Please communicate with each other about what tasks need to be completed and SIGN OFF what has been completed.

  • FOCUS POINT: Maximizing the Guest Experience Awareness!! Let’s be sure to maximize the guest experience & by offering appetizers, desserts, coffee, & packaged beer!! It's a great time of year to take home beer!!

We have new food specials coming this week, so let's be aware of procedures for the specials as well as the procedures for all of our menu items in order to keep up with consistency.  We have recipe procedures for reasons that create consistency in which our guests appreciate & love us for!!
