Hope everyone has been enjoying their holiday season, & hopefully we are all getting good rest in between shifts!
We will begin keeping Coco Bells out at room temperature in order to keep them from getting dry. Be sure that we are keeping a 3rd pan out with 3 Coco Bells & restocking as needed.
Friendly reminder that it is REQUIRED to check your Hotschedules messages regularly as very important messages are sent often. It is also REQUIRED to sign the Read & Sign as this is a very important tool for communicating each week.
FOCUS POINT: Food Feedback & Hotschedules Messages Awareness- overall communication! Let’s make sure that we are getting feedback for food and that we are checking our HotSchedules message prior to starting your shift.

FOCUS POINT: Continue to Slow Down & Take Your Time Awareness! Let’s be sure we are double checking all tickets when ringing them in. Let’s be sure to double check tickets for correct items when running them out the window. Let’s be sure to be closing out the correct tables when cashing guests out. Also let’s be sure to slow down when grabbing beers from the beer cooler and double check/clarify with guests what To-Go Beers they are purchasing. Deep Breaths Everyone & Slow Down!!

Beginning this weekend we will be switching back to house-baked buns on the sausage sandwich instead of the Breadstop buns. We will still be using the Breadstop burger buns.
